In order to improve the quality of customer service in Yerevan, at Shirvanzade 7, a specialized office has been opened for concluding OSAGO contracts only through public transport. The specially trained employees will serve exclusively the organizations that carry out passenger transportation, as well as the owners and drivers of private taxis. The specialized center starts functioning on December 19, 2013, working hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
