Who's Eligible for Coverage
Any capable individual aged 18 to 70, and family members up to 70 years old, can apply.

Eligible family members include:

• Spouses
• Children, including those who are adopted
• Parents, and the siblings of spouses who share a common household with the primary insured person

Exclusions from Coverage

We aim to protect as many people as possible, but certain individuals are not eligible, including:

• Category I and II disabled individuals, including disabled children
• Those struggling with persistent neurological or mental disordersIndividuals undergoing care at psychiatric, narcological, or antituberculosis clinics
• Patients receiving inpatient or outpatient treatment or undergoing examinations until they achieve full recovery
• Individuals with AIDS or other immunodeficiency diseases
• Individuals under legal investigation or in detention
• Persons requiring constant care due to health conditions
