Policy Exclusions

We want everything to be transparent, and when buying our product, you knew exactly when the insurance does not provide protection. The main exceptions to insurance coverage are listed on this page.

The visitor is not reimbursed in the following cases:

• Suicide (attempted suicide).
• Intentionally inflicting bodily harm on oneself.
• Intentionally exposing oneself to danger.
• Poisoning by alcoholic, narcotic or toxic substances.
• Conducting cosmetic and plastic surgeries.
• Sexually transmitted diseases.
• Mental, oncological, chronic diseases or dangerous infections.
• Occupations in dangerous sports.
• In other cases provided for in the terms of the contract (the conditions can be downloaded additionally on the right side of the page).

Third parties are not reimbursed in the following cases:

• When a third party is also a visitor.
• When a third party is an affiliate. For example, you went to your brother-in-law's home and decided to water his flowers. When watering his favorite orchid, you accidentally poured water on your brother-in-law’s parquet, which swelled terribly. In this case, the brother-in-law will not receive compensation.
• When the cause of the damage is the transmission of the disease or infection by the visitor.
• When the damage was caused by an animal, a motor vehicle. For example, you came to Armenia with your pug dog, entered the bar with a pug. In the bar, the mobs bit the bartender. In this case, the bartender will not receive a refund.
• When the damage was caused to paintings, furniture, television, dishes and other movable property.
• When the damage was caused using weapons of any type.
• If the damage is the result of a deliberate or intentional criminal act or omission.
• In other cases provided for in the terms of the contract (the conditions can be downloaded additionally on the right side of the page).
