INSURED EVENTS & CLAIMS HANDLING
Insured events are handled around the clock by the multi-channel number +(37412) 88-88-88.
For issues related to OSAGO reimbursement, contact Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 at the multi-channel number (012) 88-88-88.
For issues of concluding, terminating or amending OSAGO agreements, contact Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 at (060) 62-20-25.
Within 2 working days from the date of submission of the online application our employee will contact the applicant to organize further steps.
Important! The insurance contracts of ROSGSSTRAKH ARMENIA traveling abroad are not valid in the territories within which outbreaks of epidemics are detected and officially recognized.
Documents that must be submitted in order to receive reimbursement or medications must be scanned / photographed and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or via Viber and Whatsapp to + (374 55) 05-07-40. The letter must indicate the first / last name, phone number.
